If pup exhibits aggression , biting/nipping behavior , panic , overly stressed , major anxiety : parent will be called for pickup
We try our best to get the pup to receive a puppapaws grooming experience only and if the pup allows us. We try to work around when pups tends to struggle with the process but if the pups mental / health state is at risk then the groom must stop , as well as if the pup starts to bite continuously even at drop off. We reserve the right to decline a groom. We do not use muzzles or crates for grooming
